Returns Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. To start a return, please contact us at support@ellis-adelaide.com.
Returned items must be in their original condition, including the original packaging with all tags attached. Returns requested after 30 days from the delivery date may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. This process may take up to 8 business days. We do not charge any restocking fees.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at support@ellis-adelaide.com with your order details and the product you wish to receive. Our team will guide you through the exchange process.
Return Process
- Contact us first: Email support@ellis-adelaide.com with your order number and reason for return. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
- Follow the instructions: Once your return request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
- Pack the item securely: Please ensure the product is packed properly to help prevent damage during transit.
- Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@ellis-adelaide.com as soon as possible. Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours after the order is placed. or before the order has been processed or shipped. Once processing or shipping has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@ellis-adelaide.com and include clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution.
