Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Once dispatched, delivery to Australia generally takes 5–10 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@ellis-adelaide.com. Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item meets our return conditions. For full details on eligibility and the return process, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

After your returned item has been received and reviewed, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. This process may take up to 8 business days.
